Cancellation Policy

Adult Drop-In Classes

• If you cancel more than 2 hours before the class, the credit will be applied to a future class.

• If you cancel within 2 hours of the class, no credit or refund will be issued and the class credit will be forfeited.

Adult Events & Master Classes

• If you cancel 24 hours or more before the event, you will receive a full credit or refund.

• If you cancel less than 24 hours before the event, no refund or credit will be issued.

Birthday Parties, Private Lessons & Rentals

• If the client cancels less than 24 hours before the appointment, they will be charged 50% of the total appointment cost.

• If the client is a no-show, they will be charged 100% of the total appointment cost.
