Our Winter/Spring Dance Schedule is here, and we are so excited to share it with you! This season, we’ve added more class options, introduced a brand-new level, and organized everything with a fresh, easy-to-read layout. Levels are now differentiated by color, and classes are listed according to studio space to help you navigate the schedule with ease. Whether you're a returning dancer or new to our studio, there's something for everyone this session. dress code

for RECREATIONAL AND COMPETITION DANCERS

The dress code at Dance on Broadway will be strictly enforced to ensure all dancers can receive the proper corrections from our faculty. You can purchase all required shoes and apparel for the dress code at the DOB retail store in the lobby of the studio! It is as follows:

Shoes:

Acro: Barefoot

Ballet: Ballet Slippers

Hip Hop: Clean Sneakers

Tap: Tap Shoes

Jazz: Jazz Shoes

If enrolled in a combination of any of the above: Both Shoes

If enrolled in a Combo Class (Ballet/Tap/Jazz): Tap Shoes and either Ballet OR Jazz shoes

Clothing:

Option A (Combo, Ballet, Tap, Jazz): any colored leotard with an attached skirt in any color. Tights are preferred, and hair should be pulled back in a ponytail or bun

Option A (for Hip Hop) and Option B: any solid colored tee shirt, leggings, joggers or athletic shorts.

Hair must be worn in a secure bun or ponytail

No Jeans, Dresses or Skirts allowed (ballet dress or skirt allowed)

LEVEL 1-5 AND TEEN PROGRAM

Shoes

Ballet: Ballet Slippers

Hip Hop: Clean Sneakers

Tap: Tap Shoes

Jazz: Jazz Shoes

Jumps/Turns: Jazz Shoes

Musical Theater: Jazz Shoes

Poms: Jazz Shoes or Clean Sneakers

Acro, Contemporary & Modern: Barefoot

Clothing:

Ballet and Pointe

Option A: Black leotard with Pink or Skin Toned footed or convertible tights. Ballet skirt permitted. Pink ballet or skin tone slippers without drawstrings. Pointe shoes for Pointe class.

Option B: White or black leotard or tight fitted top. Black tights with feet or black joggers. Black ballet slippers without drawstrings.

Acro, Contemporary, Jazz, Jumps/Turns, Modern, Musical Theater, and Poms

Leotard or tight fitted athletic top
Black footless or convertible tights or any color leggings, or biker shorts

Hip Hop and Tap:

Any workout wear permitted
Leggings, joggers, or athletic shorts

No smart watches are permitted in any dance class.

Minimal jewelry allowed.

Hair must be in poinytail or bun for all classes.

No Jeans, Dresses or Skirts allowed
